There is a beige leather L-shaped settee with pullout berth and teak table with maple and burlwood inlay to port facing a teak entertainment center that houses a Sony flat screen TV on pop-up lift, Bose entertainment system, and two beige leather barrel chairs. There is bottle storage and an icemaker to port forward, and built-in book shelves aft and forward.

Three steps up from the Main Saloon is the Galley/Dinette area. The Galley is on the port side with four Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer drawers, Fischer & Paykel drawer-style dishwasher, double stainless steel sink, Miele electric
4-burner electric cook top, exhaust blower, Sharp Carousel microwave/convection oven, granite countertops with a sink fill-in, which converts to a cutting board when turned over. Walking forward, just forward of the helm, is a Portuguese bridge with great storage; access to the foredeck and its comfortable seating port and starboard is through the double half doors. Anchor retrieval and deployment are via a Lofrans windlass for chain and rode with dual anchor mounting on the bow pulpit, and foot controls to operate the windlass. Chart storage can be found both port and starboard of the helm, along with a built-in bench seat to port, facing forward. Immediately aft of the helm are two seating areas: 1) an L-shaped settee is starboard with a teak table and 2) a bench seat to port facing starboard also with a teak table. Continuing aft on the starboard side, there is a wet bar with stainless steel sink, electric Miele grill, and a small Isotherm refrigerator/freezer. All the way aft is a 1,000 lb. stainless steel electro-hydraulic davit with hydraulic rotation and space for a dingy.

ENGINE ROOM:
New twin Caterpillar C-18 main engines were installed in 2009.
Stbd serial number: CKH02875 Port serial number: CKH02890
Both engines show 175 hours on the engine room gauges.
Twin Disc transmissions

The Engine Room space located under the Salon has stand-up headroom and is well organized and in “like new” condition. Even the fuel tanks forward were moved out, cleaned and all painted in behind the tanks themselves. All of the systems in the engine room and the lazarette area have been gone through and have either been completely repaired or replaced new, including all cabling and wiring to full runs. All new batteries were installed and all electrical components of switching, relays, controllers, etc., were gone through. In some areas, the cabling itself was upgraded. Fire suppression system was upgraded to two bottles, with sprinkler system added over each engine

At the present time, the engine room has the appearance and look of a brand new yacht - probably even better! Ventilation fans are now all new; the defusers and mist filters and screens, etc., have all been replaced new by a Delta T system including all cabling. In this regard, all equipment that was replaced was done to the original specifications of the manufacturer, unless upgraded, as some items above were actually improved upon. The engine room piping and hoses, with the exception of the bilge PVC (which was not disturbed) is all new. Teak grating in the engine room and lazarette area was removed, cleaned, and re-varnished with some renewed.
