Ed RecommendsGrimpa Steakhouse: Grimpa Steakhouse
Recently I had the opportunity to experience a true taste of Brazil. Grimpa Steakhouse is a new upscale steakhouse located in the Mary Brickell Village. It is a rodizio-style (constant service), churrascania (Brazilian barbeque restaurant) where guests can lounge in the restaurant's elegant First Floor Bar and take advantage of the wine cellar's 600 label collection. The goal of Grimpa Steakhouse is to make sure you are gloriously gluttonous and satisfied, and to that end they succeed. There is a selection of 16 tender cuts of beef, chicken, and fish, grilled over their exclusive vegetable charcoal plus a hot and cold salad bar that could sustain a meal in itself.

For a unique culinary temptation and a charming post dinner walk through the village, this restaurant clearly brings a little more class to the genre.

Our recommendation: Grimpa Steakhouse located at the Mary Brickell Village, 901 Brickell Plaza Village, Miami. Tel: 305-455-4757. www.grimpa.com
